Kabale Tache Arero, MBS

Ms. Kabale Tache Arero MBS, is a seasoned career professional with over twenty (20) years wealth of successful experience providing, Human Resources, Operational and Strategic leadership in uniquely challenging environments. She is a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a strong track record of performance in both Government and quasi-government institutions including the banking sector. Ms. Tache is good at utilization of keen analysis, insights and team approach to drive organizational improvements and implementation of best practices.  Her superior interpersonal skills has in past enabled her to resolve multiple and complex issues and motivating staff to peak performance.  Ms. Kabale was appointed as Ag CEO on 18th December 2018, a position she held until she was formally appointed as a substantive CEO on 13th June 2023. She was instrumental in managing transitions following the exit of former commissioners and the incoming of new commissioners. Before her appointment to the current position, Tache was Director of Human Resource. She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Kenyatta University with a biase in Human Resource and Bachelors degree in the same field. She is a full member of the Institute of Human Resource Management amongst other professional bodies. In December 2023, H.E  President Dr. William Ruto honored her with Moran Burning Spear (M.B.S) for her distinguished and outstanding services to the Republic of Kenya. She has been awarded by Africa Public Sector Conference and Awards (APSCA) as the Public Sector CEO of the Year 2023.
